Roles and Responsibilities:
Experience in managing data warehouses, ETL pipelines and deployment of AI/ML solutions
Configure machine learning and deep learning inference pipelines on cloud platforms
Communicate effectively with clients on brainstorming the solutions
Conduct research and development majorly on AI/ML implementations
Implement generative AI models using state-of-the-art techniques and frameworks
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and design solutions that address business needs
Research and experiment with new AI algorithms, architectures, and tools to improve model performance and capabilities
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI research and technology and contribute to the knowledge sharing within the team
Participate in code reviews, documentation, and knowledge transfer sessions to ensure high-quality deliverables and effective collaboration
Good to have - experience in healthcare and/or retail to relevant projects
Machine Learning and GenAI Hands-on experience
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in deploying ML/AI solutions for enterprise level on Azure/AWS cloud
5+ years practical exposure to SQL. Experience with traditional data warehouses/Snowflake is a big plus.
5+ years practical exposure to Python in the field of data science. Experience with PyTorch is a plus.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker is preferable.
Good understanding of machine learning concepts, algorithms, and methodologies
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Strong communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
Experience in healthcare and/or retail is a plus
Good to have cloud certifications and/or certifications in AI/ML or related fields.
Language Preferences:
English
