Both are scaling fast, and we need a content wizard who can turn our stories into viral moments.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮'𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨Create scroll-stopping Reels and YouTube Shorts that drive organic growth for both brands. You'll own the content calendar, shoot and edit videos, craft hooks that make people stop mid-scroll, and build communities that engage daily. This is hands-on—you'll be the face behind the camera, the editor, and the strategist. Your goal: grow both pages organically through consistently viral, relatable content.𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞'𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫• 1-2+ years of social media experience with proven track record of organic growth• Portfolio showing Reels/Shorts that hit 100K+ views consistently• Deep understanding of Instagram and YouTube algorithms, trends, and hooks• Hands-on video shooting and editing skills (CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar)• Ability to create content that resonates with Bharat users—mass appeal, not just metro vibes• Data-driven approach to analyzing what works and doubling down• Available for immediate joining (negotiable)• Bonus: Experience with edtech, social, or vernacular consumer apps𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐉𝐨𝐢𝐧 𝐔𝐬You'll work directly with founders, creative freedom to experiment, and build social presence for products used by millions.
