Principal FMW Engineer

Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and implement integrations using Oracle SOA Suite 12c/14c (BPEL, Mediator, OSB), including REST/SOAP services, adapters, and error handling frameworksAdminister and optimize Oracle WebLogic domains (managed servers, clusters, JDBC/JMS, threading, tuning, connection pools)Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git, Maven, Jenkins, WLST/Ansible) for deploying composites, OSB projects, and configurationManage SSL/TLS, keystores, certificates, WS-Security, OAuth2, SAML, and role-based access controls; enforce security baselines and patching cadenceMonitor and troubleshoot production systems (thread/heap analysis, logs, diagnostics) using OEM, WLDF, ELK/Splunk, Prometheus/GrafanaImplement HA/DR patterns (clustering, session replication, database RAC connectivity, backups, runbooks) and performance/load testingExecute environment lifecycle tasks: installs, upgrades, CPUs/PSUs, platform hardening, and automation of config drift remediationCollaborate with app, DB, network, and security teams to deliver resilient, compliant integration solutions; follow ITIL processes (Incident/Change/Problem)Create technical documentation: architecture diagrams, deployment guides, SOPs, and knowledge articlesOptional stack components based on need: Oracle BPM, MFT, B2B, OHS, OAM/OIM, OUD/OID, ODI, API Gateway / API Platform, Kubernetes/OKE, OCI servicesSuccess MetricsReduction in P1/P2 incidents and MTTRPredictable, low-risk releases via automated pipelinesMeasurable performance improvements (response times, throughput)Compliance with security baselines and timely patchingQuality documentation and knowledge transferTools and Technologies (keywords for ATS)Oracle SOA Suite 12c, OSB, BPEL, Mediator, WebLogic, WLST, JMS, JDBC, OEM, WLDF, OHS, MFT, B2B, BPM, OAM/OIM, OUD/OID, API Gateway, ODI, Git, Maven, Jenkins, Ansible, Python/Shell, Terraform, OCI, OKE, ELK/Splunk, Prometheus/Grafana, TLS/SSL, SAML, OAuth, WS-Security, ITIL, ServiceNowRequired Qualifications8+ years hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite 12c/14c and Oracle WebLogic Server in enterprise environmentsStrong OSB/BPEL/Mediator development or platform administration experience, including WLST scripting and automationProficiency with CI/CD and source control (Git, Maven/Gradle, Jenkins), scripting (Shell/Python/Groovy/WLST), and configuration management (Ansible)Solid understanding of enterprise security (TLS/SSL, cert management, SAML/OAuth, WS-Security), network fundamentals, and zero-trust principlesExpertise in troubleshooting and performance tuning (JVM, GC, JDBC/JMS, thread dumps, heap analysis)Experience with HA/DR, clustering, and rolling patch strategies; familiarity with Oracle DB/RAC connectivityPractical knowledge of monitoring/observability tools and log aggregationStrong documentation, collaboration, and stakeholder communication skillsPreferred QualificationsOCI experience (Compute, LB, Networking, Vault, Logging, Monitoring, OKE), Terraform/IaCExperience with Oracle Identity stack (OAM/OIM), WebCenter, or API managementFamiliarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, PCI, HIPAA, GDPR) and secure SDLC practicesPerformance/load testing tools (JMeter/Gatling) and APM solutionsBachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fieldCertifications (nice to have)Oracle SOA Suite 12c/14c Implementation SpecialistOracle Cloud Infrastructure Architect Associate/ProfessionalOracle WebLogic Server certificationsEqual Opportunity Statement[Company] is an equal opportunity employer.
