Learn more at Work in an agile, collaborative environment with the developers, product stakeholders and offering teams to define test requirements for software applications and write test scripts.Your Role/Responsibilities:Work in an agile, collaborative environment with the developers, product stakeholders and offering teams to define test requirements for software applications and write test scriptsCollaborate with cross-functional team members on story development, from before development starts through final deploymentPerform rigorous regression, exploratory, integration testing using industry leading practices and using a mix of automated and manual testingDiscover defects/bugs and work with coders and product owners to determine root cause and how to prevent similar issues from happening in the futureWork to ensure that all testing efforts adhere to the SOP's, WI's and other related proceduresPursue a program of individual continuous improvementRequired Expertise:8–12+ years of experience in Software Testing, with at least 3+ years in a technical lead role.Hands-on Expertise in Test Automation Tools such as Cucumber and Selenium/Web driverProficient in JavaExperience in testing frameworks.Experience with determining appropriate test cases at several levels: integration tests, functional tests, exploratory tests, regression testsAt least 5 years of agile software development participationHave proven ability to learn new skills quickly and use the skills efficientlyPreferred Expertise:8+ years of experience using and developing test frameworks and automated test suites8+ years of experience using Java, Selenium, Cucumber, IntelliJ, Jenkins, and GitExcellent written and verbal communication skillsExceptional critical thinking and analysis skillsClinical Trial ExperienceRequired Education:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.Preferred Education:   Bachelor's DegreeCompensationThe salary range provided in this job posting is intended to reflect the general market value for the position.
