The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of accounting and auditing principles, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering excellence. This role provides exposure to audit engagements across diverse industries and an opportunity to work closely with senior finance professionals.Key Responsibilities:- Plan and execute Statutory Audits in accordance with applicable auditing standards.- Review financial statements, ledgers, and supporting documents for accuracy and compliance.- Conduct vouching, verification, analytical reviews, and risk assessments.- Identify control weaknesses and suggest process improvements.- Prepare and finalize audit reports and ensure timely client deliverables.- Liaise with clients, internal teams, and external auditors to ensure smooth audit execution.- Ensure compliance with IND AS, Companies Act, and other statutory regulations.- Supervise and guide audit trainees or junior team members as needed.Requirements:- Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with 0–2 years of post-qualification experience.- Strong understanding of Accounting Standards, Companies Act, and Audit Procedures.- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, and other accounting/audit tools.- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.- Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines.- Candidates with NBFC or listed company audit experience will be preferred.What We Offer:- Exposure to domestic and international clients across multiple sectors.- Hands-on experience with complex audit and compliance engagements.- Collaborative, growth-driven, and professional work culture.- Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.
