You will participate in workshops to identify business requirements and map them to OTM Cloud functionalities. Your primary focus will be on configuring OTM components, creating functional design documents, and working closely with technical teams for integrations and data migration.Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality OTM solutions aligned with business needs- Conduct workshops, fit-gap analysis, CRP sessions, and solution demonstrations- Manage configuration activities and validate functional scenarios- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations, data mapping, and custom logic- Support test cycle executions and provide issue resolutionRequirements:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related fieldSkills Required: Primary Skills OTM Cloud – Functional Implementation Transportation Planning & Execution, Order Management, Freight Settlement, OTM Master Data (Locations, Rates, Itineraries, Carriers)OTM Configuration (Agents, Rules, Automation, Screen Sets, Queries)Technical Skills : SQL (Advanced level) , OTM integrations (CSV, XML)Preferred skills include working knowledge of API and data flows as well as experience in Agile methodology and DevOps practices.
