Additionally, we have aspirations to expand into specialized segments of de-addiction, child development disabilities, dementia care, etc.About the RoleSukoon is seeking a Consultant Psychiatrist for Sonipat location. The ideal candidate for this role:Demonstrate a commitment to high-quality care of their patientKnowledge and familiarity with ICD and DSM Familiarity with MDT approach towards patient carePractice medicine within their defined scope of practice and expertiseFamiliar with crisis assessment tools and techniquesDemonstrated ability to problem-solve and resolve conflictHigh level of professional maturity and integrity and a solid work ethicsResponsibilities:Maintain the highest standards of clinical care as directed by Sukoon HealthConduct OPD at Sukoon HealthExecute clinical program as directed by Centre Head and Medical DirectorSuggest and recommend strategies for the betterment of the organizationCollaborate with other departments when neededMaintain a patient-first approachQualifications:Current and valid board certification in psychiatryMedical degree (MBBS, MD) from an accredited medical school and completion of an approved psychiatric residencyMinimum 1 year of work experience post MDExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
