Be a part of a passionate, award-winning global team that celebrates success and encourages skill enhancement.🎯 Open Position:Galileo Expert / Travel Consultant / Customer Service AgentWe are looking for skilled, energetic, and customer-focused individuals to join our rapidly expanding Travel Operations team.🛫 Key Responsibilities✈ Flight Scheduling & ManagementMonitor and update flight schedules with complete accuracy.Rebook flights due to cancellations or last-minute changes.Coordinate with airlines, suppliers, and partners to verify bookings and resolve flight-related issues.💬 Customer Support (Out-of-Hours)Handle inbound customer queries during night shifts.Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.Provide real-time updates on itinerary changes with clear communication.🗂 Administrative DutiesMaintain accurate booking records.Update CRM systems and ensure proper documentation.Prepare end-of-shift reports for seamless handovers.🛠 Problem ResolutionManage emergency travel disruptions promptly.Coordinate with internal and external teams to resolve escalations.Share detailed notes for issues forwarded to day teams.🧾 General Travel OperationsBack-office administrationCRM & internal communicationAirline & supplier coordinationCustomer engagement & support💼 Key Skills & RequirementsStrong knowledge of Galileo / Amadeus / Sabre (GDS expertise highly preferred).Excellent English communication (verbal & written).Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Flexibility for night shifts & rotational offs.Freshers with good communication skills are welcomePrior travel customer service or ticketing experience is a plus.🎁 What We OfferCompetitive salary with hike on last drawn CTC (Max Budget: 5 LPA based on skills & experience)Exposure to international travel processes (US/UK markets)Fast-paced, growth-driven work cultureOne-time free meal at officeAffordable accommodation facility for outstation candidatesOpportunity to develop GDS expertise and grow within the travel domain
