- Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to senior management, highlighting key trends and areas of concern.
- Cost Control: Monitor operational performance, track expenses, and suggest measures to control costs and improve financial efficiency.
- Business Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to provide financial guidance and support in strategic decision-making.
- Strategic Initiatives: Support business growth by conducting ad hoc analysis on new projects, investments, and business opportunities.
- Cash Flow Management: Oversee cash flow forecasts and ensure the organization maintains sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes and tools, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in reporting. The Ideal Candidate
- Education: CA Inter, CPA, MBA (Finance) or related qualification.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, preferably in a corporate environment.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of financial modeling, advanced proficiency in MS Excel, and familiarity with financial software (ERP systems, Power BI, etc.).
- Analytical Ability: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
