Job Title: Automation Quality Assurance Specialist    Job Description:    The role focuses on performing manual testing of the new UI and validating data across multiple sources.    Key Responsibilities:- Test internally developed UI and Share Point applications for defined data points.- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT), identify bugs or gaps, and work with the technology team to get them fixed.- Validate accuracy and completeness of data across systems.- Raise awareness of defects or process gaps and coordinate resolution with the PO and technology team.- Document and communicate findings from testing phases.- Review and update walkthrough guides and SOPs from a data validation perspective.- Assist in preparing audit evidence related to data accuracy and validation.    Responsibilities for Internal Candidates:- Develop and manage small, automated testing projects. Ensure adherence to testing standards. Develop and deliver training sessions. Provide feedback to junior team members.    Skills & Qualifications:Graduate Degree: Computer Science, Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in automated testing or software quality assurance.Key Skills: UI Testing (using any automation tool), UAT Testing.
