Senior OpenText VIM Expert RequiredThe ideal candidate will have extensive experience in providing expert support for OpenText VIM on ECC, reviewing and challenging deliverables from System Integrators, managing full life cycle activities across VIM processes, and diagnosing issues and supporting enhancements.Key Responsibilities:Providing expert technical guidance to ensure seamless implementation of OpenText VIM solutions on ECCReviewing and validating deliverables from System Integrators to ensure alignment with project objectivesManaging end-to-end VIM processes, including configuration, testing, and deploymentIdentifying and resolving complex technical issues related to OpenText VIM on ECCRequirements:At least 15 years of hands-on experience in OpenText/SAP VIMStrong knowledge of ECC VIM (upgrade and support)Proven track record of FLC management and ability to oversee System Integrator workExcellent communication skills in EnglishWhy This Role is Important:This role plays a critical part in ensuring the successful implementation and support of OpenText VIM solutions on ECC. The right candidate will be able to provide expert technical guidance, review and validate deliverables, manage end-to-end VIM processes, and identify and resolve complex technical issues.
