Lead Software Engineer OpportunityWe are seeking a Lead Software Engineer to lead the delivery of complex solutions and code larger features from start to finish. As a key member of our team, you will actively participate in planning, performing code and architecture reviews, and help ensure the quality and integrity of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).This role requires a strong leader who can guide the triage of complex production issues across systems, demonstrate creativity, and take initiative in solving complex problems.The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of relevant experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience. They should have expertise in React JS, Node.js, and other technologies such as Git, Jest, Lerna, NX, yarn, Axios, GraphQL, Xcode, Android Studio, Cocoapods, React Navigation, React Query, Metro, Push notifications.In addition, the candidate should have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, ability to triage and manage complex production issues, knowledge of networks, security, firewalls, load balancers, DNS, and other infrastructure components.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience in agile development methodologies with Kanban or similar iterative approaches for estimating, planning, retrospectives, etc.Familiarity with omnichannel retail environments and GraphQLStrong problem-solving and analytical skillsAbility to triage and manage complex production issuesBenefitsWe offer a dynamic work environment that encourages innovation, collaboration, and growth.
