Job Title: Junior Business AnalystExperience: 0–1 yearLocation: Remote / HybridCompensation: ₹25,000 – ₹40,000 per monthRole OverviewWe're looking for a Junior Business Analyst with strong analytical thinking and attention to detail to support content, data, and presentation development.You'll research products, analyze data, and help create decks, datasheets, and visuals that communicate business and technical information clearly.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct market and product research; summarize findings into reports and comparison tables.Build and update datasheets, presentations, and business decks with accurate data and visuals.Design basic visuals using Canva or AI image-generation tools (for diagrams, infographics, etc.).Track performance metrics in Excel / Google Sheets and prepare concise summaries.Support CRM data cleanup, tagging, and simple workflow automation.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail across all documents and visuals.Skills & RequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, or Business / Analytics.Strong analytical, research, and Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, charts).Excellent written communication and eye for detail.Familiarity with Canva, image-generation tools (e.g., DALL·E, Midjourney, Firefly), and PowerPoint.Eagerness to learn tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Notion.High aptitude and curiosity — comfortable learning new domains quickly.You'll LearnHow to connect data, content, and visuals for business storytelling.Building presentations, datasheets, and dashboards that influence decisions.Exposure to marketing analytics, automation, and content operations.Ideal CandidateAnalytical, detail-oriented, and structured.Enjoys research, data organization, and clean presentation design.Interested in combining data + visuals + business understanding in one role.Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per monthBenefits:Leave encashmentPaid time offWork from homeWork Location: Remote
