Job Description

As a Manager in the Internal Communications team, your responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation:
  • Develop and curate engaging content for internal communications channels such as intranet, newsletters, and emailers.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and developments. Research and turn these insights into engaging events and activities that promote employee engagement and brand updates.
  • Ensure content is relevant, timely, and aligned with the company's brand and messaging.
  • This includes planning, writing, and editing content, as well as creating copies for internal collaterals like emailers, banners, and intranet pages.
  • Project Management:
  • Lead and manage internal communication projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with strategic goals. This includes planning, executing, and monitoring projects to enhance internal communications.
  • Plan and execute internal events that promote employee engagement and align with the company's strategic goals.
  • Support businesses and functions on critical events and activities w.r.t content editing and experience creation
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their communication needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure effective communication.
  • Adapt communication strategy and tactics around metrics and feedback from various internal stakeholders to improve reach and adoption of communication.
  • Technology Integration:
  • Leverage the latest technology to enhance internal communications. This includes using digital tools and platforms to create interactive and engaging content. Manage, cascade, and market the use of internal social platforms.
  • Identify new, engaging platforms based on the audience profile
  • Monitoring & Reporting
  • Monitor the performance of each activity, event, and content. Use tech tools to monitor the performance of projects and recommend improvements as required for enhanced reach and adoption of communication
