Jama – requirements management. Drive accuracy of R&D strategic planning data by working with various project managers and resource managers. Own a portion of the R&D pipeline balancing and roadmap optimization process. Act as the first level of support for the R&D strategic planning system. Maintain up to date R&D information on SharePoint and Confluence Wiki sites. Run periodic audits on data and enforce guidelines and standard. Interpret large data sets from multiple sources and analyze the results using statistical techniques. Filter and normalize multiple data sets using MS Excel. Identify, design, and implement value add reports and processes within R&D. Support R&D organization with ad-hoc and on demand analysis. Effectively communicate data-based insights to various levels of management throughout the organization. Run effective meetings with clear agendas and objectives. Monitor deliverables and ensuring timely completion of system related projects. You are best equipped for this task if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Electrical Engineering or equivalent industry experience. A Master’s degree is preferred. 10+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international and multi-cultural environment. Experience in a planning role, delivering to plan, and solving bottlenecks. A general understanding of administering web-based applications. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Experience in creating detailed reports and running meetings with effective presentations. Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
