Role Overview


The HR professional will support our US-based team and act as a key HR partner for employees, handling a broad range of human resources functions, including employee relations, performance management, onboarding, and HR compliance. The ideal candidate will have experience in US employment practices and demonstrate the ability to operate efficiently across time zones.


Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews

Facilitate seamless onboarding (including background checks, document collection, and orientation programs) and offboarding (including exit interviews and documentation) of employees in coordination with US Manager and our HR consultant

  • Serve as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns for US-based team.
  • Resolve employee issues while maintaining confidentiality and fostering trust.
  • Track and monitor employee goals, progress, and feedback loops.
  • Partner with managers to address performance issues and implement improvement plans.
  • Ensure adherence to US employment (state and federal) laws
  • Act as a liaison between employees and third-party benefits vendors.
  • Maintain accurate employee records in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Coordinate virtual team-building activities and recognition programs.
  • Generate HR reports (headcount, attrition, etc.) for management.


Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources or related field from a leading institution.
  • 4-6 years of HR experience, preferably handling US-based teams.
  • Excellence in talent management
  • Strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, taxation and HR best practices for both India and US.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team in different time zones with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in conflict resolution and performance management.
  • Prior experience in an international work environment.
  • Working Hours: Overlap with US business hours (Eastern/Central Time).
