Our organization is committed to providing high-quality education accessible and affordable to individuals, companies, and governments worldwide.We collaborate with top-tier universities across the globe to deliver short courses, degree programs, professional certificates, and senior executive programs that help learners acquire new skills and achieve their goals.Our unique model of state-of-the-art technology, innovative curriculum, and hands-on instruction from experienced faculty, mentors, and coaches has educated over 250,000 individuals in more than 80 countries.We have a global presence with offices in various locations and a diverse team of over 2,000 employees.Role Overview:As a Program Advisor, you will contact warm leads via phone and email to consult potential students on how our programs can support their career development.Program Advisors are expected to provide exceptional customer service, help learners make informed decisions, and advise them as if they were family and friends.We are seeking a talented and competitive Program Advisor who can thrive in a dynamic sales environment and contribute to our students' acquisition and revenue growth targets.Key Responsibilities:Advise career changers on how our world-class education from top-tier universities can launch them into high-growth careers.Build and manage a pipeline of leads interested in our programs.Provide customized information to potential students via phone and email.Guide learners through the enrollment process by following up and building urgency without being pushy.Adhere to our inside sales process, tools, and data management processes and workflow.Requirements:2+ years of experience in inside sales or consultative selling with a consistent track record of exceeding targets in international education markets.Excellent verbal, written communication, listening, and critical thinking skills.Strong phone presence and ability to make a large number of calls per day.Experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred).Growth mindset and ability to implement feedback.Ability to manage and prioritize a large pipeline with different stages in the enrollment process.Our organization provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
