Must-Have

  • VMware vSphere, Multi-instance VMware Cloud, VMware Configuration Manager. VMware vCenter Operations Manager, VMware View and Azure
  • VSphere 4 and 5, Expert knowledge of VMWare HA, DRS, VCenter.
  • VCP 5 Certification (beneficial) or comparable knowledge
  • Expert knowledge in MS Cluster Technology
  • Server hardening. Perform Security Health Check of Windows servers and other compliance
  • RAID Configurations and Disk management utilities tools
  • The setup, maintenance, monitoring & support of Windows 2003, Windows 2008 Server Edition, Domain Controller, DNS Servers, DHCP Servers, File Server.
  • Must have worked on Implementation, deployment & configuration of Nutanix.
  • Experience on hyper converged technologies – Nutanix, Hands on experience on virtualization technologies. Manage and monitor deployment on NSXi.
  • Manage, install and configure Nutanix Hardware.
  • Knowledge about Active Directory, Basics on Azure AD,
  • ITSM tools knowledge for change, incident, service request, problem management etc.


Good-to-Have:

  • Experience with IT Service Management Tools
  • Knowledge of ITIL Processes
  • ITIL V3 Foundation (beneficial) or comparable knowledge
