Senior Quality Assurance Manager

Job Title - QA LeadA high-level quality assurance (QA) professional is sought to spearhead automation, performance, and data integrity initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality assurance for software-as-a-service (SaaS) products, preferably business-to-business (B2B) or multi-tenant systems.The successful applicant will be responsible for establishing a scalable automation framework that is resilient to user interface changes and supports continuous releases. Additionally, they will build a data integrity testing system to ensure customer isolation and prevent cross-tenant data issues.The role requires the ability to partner with engineering teams to embed quality gates into continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines and design and maintain test data generation systems for realistic customer simulation. A solid understanding of Amazon Web Services (AWS), Postgres, and CI/CD pipelines is essential.Key Responsibilities:Lead QA engineering and own product quality across releases.Build and scale test automation systems across web, API, and performance.Design and maintain test data generation systems for realistic customer simulation.Partner with engineering teams to embed quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.Define and measure key quality key performance indicators (KPIs).Conduct performance, scalability, and load testing for core workflows.Work with security/devops teams to validate data access, customer isolation, and SOC 2 compliance controls.Mentor QA engineers and drive a culture of proactive quality ownership.
