We're seeking a top-notch AI developer to take our products from demos to indispensable solutions. You will design and implement reliable, self-improving systems that empower experts to automate complex work.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate innovative AI-enabled products using large language models and other foundation models, evaluating and assimilating emerging techniques into production systems.Build and optimize data indexing, ranking, and query processing systems for high-performance Search and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).Develop robust frameworks to evaluate the performance of agents, RAG systems, and various large language models, using a polyglot approach with open-source models.Required Skills and Qualifications1-3 years of experience in Software Engineering or end-to-end Data Science, with strong proficiency in Python and data-oriented algorithms.A strong background in distributed AI agents, data systems, or machine learning engineering is required.Experience with modern Python microservices, FastAPI, Ray.IO, Kubernetes orchestration, gRPC inter-service communication, and Google Cloud Pub/Sub event streaming is preferred.Familiarity with LlamaIndex, LangGraph, SmolAgent, Instructor, Anthropic, OpenAI, Qdrant, ParadeDB, Sentence-Transformers, FAISS is necessary.Recent experience building agents, training and evaluating emerging large language models, building RAG systems, or working with vector databases is essential.Familiarity with core technologies like Ray, Postgres, Iceberg, Google Cloud, and Docker/Kubernetes/Helm is a plus.
