About Monk Entertainment Monk Entertainment is a full-service digital media and influencer marketing agency working at the intersection of content, commerce, and culture. Monk-E is is hiring a dynamic Brand Sales Executive based in Mumbai(Andheri West) to help drive revenue and bring exciting brands into our ecosystem. What You’ll Do -Build and scale a strong revenue pipeline across FMCG, Beauty, BFSI, D2C, and more. -Pitch impactful influencer marketing solutions featuring leading creators and public figures. -Work with Client Servicing and Creative teams on campaign proposals and execution plans. -Advise clients on platform strategy, creator selection, and performance-focused content. -Maintain strong relationships with brand managers, CMOs, media heads, and agencies. What We’re Looking For -Strong commercial acumen with a clear understanding of brand needs and decision-making processes. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the confidence to pitch ideas and concepts effectively. -Minimum 1 year of experience in influencer marketing, branded content sales, or digital media. -Ability to identify the right creators for campaigns—independent of any affiliation. -A proactive, high-agency individual who enjoys client-facing roles in a fast-moving environment. Bonus Points -Proven track record of high-performing sales across creators, campaigns, or digital platforms. -Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to connect storytelling to ROI. -Existing warm brand relationships and insight into internal brand decision-making processes. -If you’re passionate about creator-led storytelling, client relationships, and driving impactful brand collaborations, this role is for you.
