Job TitleWe are seeking a seasoned expert to lead our Ericsson Packet Core operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology and drive business growth.Job DescriptionThe selected candidate will work on optimizing Ericsson packet core products, focusing on solutioning and optimization for MOCN networks. They will also be responsible for forming strategies and technology roadmaps for the implementation of advanced services.Required Skills and QualificationsExperience and solid understanding of 4G/LTE, 5G NSA, 5G SA, Fixed voice, FWA and emergency networks, including solutioning and optimization for MOCN networks.Strong expertise in Ericsson packet core products, layering & mobility strategies, network architecture for NSA and SA solutions, including Fixed voice, FWA and emergency and 4G, 5G advanced services.Good understanding of capacity metrics, performance counters and KPIs, as well as the challenges in an operator environment.Desirable experience with 4G/5G cloud infrastructure and storage dimensioning, NF configurations and deployment for Ericsson cloud native infrastructure using Ericsson software defined infrastructure (SDI) and Ericsson cloud container distribution (CCD).Good knowledge of 3GPP, GSMA and ITU standards.BenefitsThis is a remote working opportunity, allowing candidates to work from anywhere in Australia.
