The role demands strong technical expertise, leadership in managing teams, and the ability to align platform capabilities with business goals. The individual will also be responsible for mentoring developers, overseeing project execution, and ensuring governance, quality, and scalability of the ServiceNow ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:- Lead and manage a team of ServiceNow developers, administrators, and architects.- Define and implement best practices, standards, and governance across ServiceNow projects.- Oversee solution design, development, integration, and deployment of ServiceNow modules.- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.- Drive hiring, training, and upskilling initiatives within the ServiceNow team.- Ensure compliance with SLAs, performance KPIs, and security standards.- Provide thought leadership on platform enhancements, upgrades, and roadmap planning.- Manage stakeholder communication and provide regular status reporting to leadership.Required Skills & Experience:- Minimum 6+ years of Strong experience of software development experience and atleast 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow applications development and implementation of ServiceNow IT products like ITSM or ITAM or ITOM or ITBM or SecOps.- Strong expertise and proven track record in building applications using ServiceNow Platform and Javascript- Working experience in ServicePortal and comfortable to build UI components.- Passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization- Strong knowledge of AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, REST and associated framework- Demonstrated aptitude for learning new technologies quickly- Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity- Working experience in AgileWhy Jade Global?- Award-winning enterprise partner (Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Boomi, and more)- Diverse global culture with over 2,000 employees- High-growth environment with opportunities for innovation and leadership- Hybrid work flexibility and inclusive leadership culture
