The Role:

A Senior Frontend Engineer at Razorpay strives to build solid frontend foundations, infrastructure, and top-notch experiences. You are required to work in teams alongside back-end developers, graphic designers, and user experience designers to ensure all elements of web creation are consistent. This requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Spearhead the development of innovative web strategies to enhance user engagement.
- Optimize and refine onboarding workflows to ensure a smooth and engaging user experience from the start.
- Lead initiatives to streamline and simplify user interfaces and interactions.
- Manage and enhance versatile JavaScript libraries that supports diverse browser environments.
- Explore and integrate the latest technologies across various microsites.
- Participate in open-source projects and help set industry standards.
- Develop innovative solutions to make online experiences more accessible and user-friendly.

Mandatory Qualifications:

- A minimum of 3+ years of relevant experience
- Proficient knowledge of any popular JS framework like React, Ember, Angular, or Backbone
- Experience with common front-end tools like SASS/Stylus, Jade, Grunt/Gulp, etc
- Good understanding of REST API
- Ability to build a feature from scratch & drive it to completion
- A willingness to learn new technology, whatever lets you deliver the best product
