We are seeking MBA interns to support ongoing and upcoming projects in the areas ofGovernance, Risk & Compliance (GRC),Information Security Strategy, andAssurance Services.The internship provides an opportunity to gain hands-on experience across internal organizational initiatives, group-level governance programs, and external client consulting engagements involving ISO, SOC, and other regulatory frameworks.The role offers hands-on exposure indeveloping information security and governance strategies for greenfield organizations, helping them define structure, scope, and priorities from the ground up.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in strategic consulting assignments involving the creation of Information Security frameworks and governance blueprints for greenfield environmentsAssist in developing and implementing Information Security and Governance frameworksSupport risk assessment, mitigation planning, and reportingParticipate in compliance and assurance activities across standards such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, ISO 27701, ISO 42001, SOC 2, and NISTContribute to audit preparation, policy documentation, and control verificationConduct research on emerging regulations, standards, and data privacy lawsAssist in preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations for management and client reviewsCoordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for assigned tasksQualification & ExperienceEducation: MBA (preferred specialization in Business Administration, Information Systems, Operations, or Risk Management)Technical Understanding: Basic exposure to Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or IT Governance conceptsSkills RequiredStrong analytical and research skillExcellent written and verbal communicationsProficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Ability to work independently in a structured and process-driven environmentDesirable SkillsKnowledge or awareness of GRC frameworks (ISO 27001, SOC 2, NIST, etc.Understanding of Information Security Strategy, Risk Management, and Business Continuity conceptsCuriosity to learn about AI governance, data protection, and emerging compliance trendsEvaluation CriteriaAcademic background and specialization relevanceInterest and understanding of IT and governance topicsCommunication, analytical, and documentation abilitiesPerformance in interview and case-based discussionsRemarks / Additional InformationThe internship is designed to provide broad exposure to compliance consulting and audit-based projectsInterns demonstrating strong capability and interest may be considered for pre-placement offers or long-term consulting roles upon successful completion.
