Lead Motion & Post-Production SpecialistJob Description:Our team seeks a skilled and creative Lead Motion & Post-Production Specialist to oversee the development of high-end motion graphics, visual effects, CGI, and compositing for global clients across various industries.This role combines artistic vision with technical expertise, ensuring exceptional delivery quality and consistency across all projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in leading cross-functional teams and collaborating closely with creative directors, producers, and account managers to bring innovative ideas to life.Key Responsibilities:Oversee the end-to-end motion and post-production pipeline, from concept to final delivery.Drive excellence in 2D/3D animation, compositing, tracking, rotoscoping, color grading, and finishing.Collaborate with designers, artists, and editors to ensure seamless integration of motion assets into multi-channel campaigns.Mentor and upskill junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Required Skills and Qualifications:Applicants should possess a strong background in motion graphics, post-production, VFX, and CGI, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under tight deadlines. They should be proficient in industry-standard software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema4D, Maya, Houdini, Blender, Nuke, Fusion, or Flame, and DaVinci Resolve for color grading and finishing.The ideal candidate will also have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with regional teams and adapt to diverse cultural contexts.Preferred Qualifications:Experience in workflow automation, studio setup, pipeline design, and AR/VR content creation is an added advantage. Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, and plug-in integration is also desirable.
