AI and Backend DeveloperWe are seeking a talented AI/ML engineer to own our core intelligence layer. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelines, managing embedding generation using HuggingFace Transformers and Sentence Transformers, integrating and optimizing Large Language Model calls for chat completions and embeddings, and building and maintaining LangChain chains and agents for complex workflows.The role combines traditional backend engineering with cutting-edge AI/ML integration. You will work directly with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases, and build the systems that power natural language understanding and generation across our platform.Ai/ml Development (50%): Design, implement, and optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation pipelinesManage embedding generation using HuggingFace Transformers and Sentence TransformersIntegrate and optimize LLM calls for chat completions and embeddingsBuild and maintain LangChain chains and agents for complex workflowsDesign and implement workflows for visual AI pipeline creationOptimize vector search and retrieval using vector databaseImplement semantic search, similarity matching, and relevance rankingExperiment with and evaluate different embedding models and chunking strategiesBuild natural language query understanding for analyticsBackend Development (40%): Develop and maintain Flask REST APIs for AI/ml featuresBuild robust service architecture following domain-driven design principlesImplement background job processing for several above mentioned processesData & Infrastructure (10%): Implement data validation and preprocessing pipelines
