We are seeking a Content Specialist to join our team of evaluators. As an evaluator, you will be proficient in one or more Indian languages to review and compare AI-generated responses.Your role will focus on identifying toxic or harmful content across native scripts and transliterated text, and assessing model performance across multiple datasets.The ideal candidate should have the ability to evaluate AI model outputs in various Indic languages, including native scripts and transliteration.You will need to identify and flag toxic, harmful or hate-based content, including subtle or context-dependent cases.Your expertise in cultural nuances, slang and context-dependent expressions will be essential in this role.You will work closely with project guidelines to ensure consistency, accuracy and adherence to project requirements.As a Content Specialist, your strong analytical and evaluative skills will be put to use in classifying the type and severity of toxicity, such as hate speech, harassment, abusive language.You will provide brief explanations for flagged items where required.To be considered for this position, you must be proficient in English and your native language, have a minimum 1 year of experience in content writing, content moderation, linguistic evaluation or a similar domain.Additionally, you must hold a bachelor's degree in any field, i.e., Humanities, Linguistics, Mass Communication or related disciplines.
