About the Role

We are seeking a Qlik Sense Developer with expertise in data modeling and analytics. In this role, you will collaborate with various departments to understand their reporting needs and create customized BI solutions that enhance decision-making and boost business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards in Qlik Sense, focusing on usability and aesthetics.
Data Modeling: Manage data models, including ETL processes.
Requirements Gathering: Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver effective BI solutions.
Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets to identify trends and insights for strategic decisions.
Performance Optimization: Improve application performance, including query efficiency and user experience.
Training and Support: Train end-users on Qlik Sense dashboards.
Documentation: Maintain documentation of BI solutions, including models and user guides.
Collaboration: Work with IT teams to ensure data integration and governance standards.
Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to data integrity and dashboard performance.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, or related field.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in BI development with a focus on Qlik Sense.
Technical Skills:
Proficient in Qlik Sense development, data modeling, and visualization.
Strong SQL skills; experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle).
Familiarity with other BI tools (e.g., QlikView, Tableau) is a plus.
Understanding of data governance best practices.
Analytical Skills: Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Communication Skills: Strong ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
Certifications: Qlik Sense certification is a plus.
