Engage with business leaders and drive impactful forecasting strategies.As a Workforce Analyst I on the Forecasting Team within Workforce Planning, you forecast volumes, handle times, and shrinkage.You help the business achieve performance standards while maintaining high service levels. You leverage advanced knowledge of workforce management platforms and Excel to support key metrics. You participate in strategy meetings as a subject matter expert for short-term planning. You contribute to career growth and skill development within the team.Job ResponsibilitiesForecast demand and supply metrics for staffing strategy and executionMonitor key business metrics and data trendsPerform root cause analysis and recommend strategic solutionsParticipate in strategy meetings as a subject matter expertSupport process improvements and best practice executionEnsure accurate data input through internal auditsAdhere to deadlines for accurate 90-day forecastsCollaborate with cross-functional teamsPresent findings and recommendations to stakeholdersManage multiple projects and prioritize tasks efficientlyMaintain accountability for data quality and integrityRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsAdvanced knowledge of call center operations and workforce planningStrong business analysis, reporting, and data review skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesDetail-oriented with strong time management skillsAbility to work independently and collaborativelyExperience in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsEffective communication and presentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in ExcelExperience with root cause analysis and resolutionAbility to manage multiple lines of business and projectsPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills3+ years' experience in large call center or multi-site environments3+ years' experience in workforce planning (forecasting, staffing, scheduling, real time, or project management)College degree or equivalent work experienceProficiency in Python and AlteryxExperience with workforce management platformsFamiliarity with process improvement initiativesStrong analytical and technical skills
