Job Title - Assistant Manager – Finance & Accounts (F&A) Department - Finance & Accounts Location- Corporate Office, Hyderabad Reporting To - AGM – Finance & Accounts Qualification - Chartered Accountant (CA) Experience Required 2–3 Years of Post Qualification Exp. Key Responsibilities Category Responsibility Description Financial Statements Preparation and finalization of monthly, quarterly, and annual IND AS–compliant standalone and consolidated financial statements. MIS & Variance Analysis Preparation of monthly and quarterly MIS reports (P&L, Cash Flow, Balance Sheet). Perform variance analysis vs. budgets/forecasts and provide financial insights. Assist in budgeting and forecasting. Dashboards & KPIs Create dashboards on revenue, costs, profitability, KPIs, and business performance metrics. Track KPIs such as EBITDA, margins, working capital, OPEX, etc. Support cost optimization initiatives. Fixed Assets Manage and update the Fixed Asset Register (FAR). Track project progress, ensure accurate capitalization, and support timely reporting. Related Party Transactions Conduct related party reconciliations ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with accounting standards and internal policies. Plant Accounts & Compliance Conduct mandatory monthly plant visits (3–4 days). Ensure statutory and internal compliance. Review plant accounts and establish strong control mechanisms. Audit Support Oversee internal and statutory audits. Ensure audit readiness, compliance, and timely resolution of audit observations.
