Position: Java Full Stack Developer
Location: Pune

Key Responsibilities

· Technical Leadership:
o Lead and architect full-stack solutions using Java Spring Boot and Angular.
o Provide technical direction and expertise to the development team across all stages of the project lifecycle.
o Drive the adoption of best practices, coding standards, and architectural design patterns.

· Design & Development:
o Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and high-performance web applications.
o Build responsive and intuitive front-end interfaces using Angular and design robust, backend services using Java Spring Boot.
o Lead the integration of third-party services and internal APIs.

· Collaboration & Mentorship:
o Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and business teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
o Mentor junior developers, provide code reviews, and ensure technical excellence across the team.

· Scalability & Optimization:
o Architect solutions with a focus on scalability, performance, and security. o Continuously evaluate and optimize application architecture to ensure high availability and performance.

· Innovation & Best Practices:
o Stay current with emerging technologies, frameworks, and tools, and evaluate their potential impact on current projects.
o Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation. Must-Have Skills:

· Java Spring Boot Expertise:
o Extensive experience with Java development and frameworks such as Spring Boot for building enterprise-level backend services.

· Front-End Expertise with Angular:
o Strong hands-on experience in developing Single Page Applications (SPAs) using Angular (latest versions) and associated front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript). · Full Stack Development Experience: o Proven experience in designing and building full stack applications, integrating both frontend and backend components. Good-to-Have Skills:
