Join us to help shape the next chapter in the evolution of patent development.Role DescriptionThis is a full time, location Bhubaneswar/Remote for a Growth Manager dedicated to expanding and driving user adoption of PatentProtector's AI-powered patent drafting tool. Responsibilities include identifying growth opportunities, handling sales outreach, building client relationships, analyzing performance data, and executing strategic initiatives to enhance user engagement and revenue. The Growth Manager will act as a critical bridge between the product team, clients, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment with company goals.QualificationsStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills, with proficiency in analytics toolsExcellent communication skills for client interaction and collaboration with cross-functional teamsExperience in sales and developing client relationshipsProven ability in project management and implementing growth strategiesSelf-motivated and capable of working remotely with minimal supervisionKnowledge of intellectual property or patent processes is a plusMaster's degree or relevant experience in business, marketing, or a related field🌱 Start as an Intern → Grow into a ManagerWe believe talent grows with the right opportunities.You will begin as an intern/trainee, and based on performance, you can transition into Growth Manager.We want someone who wants to build, lead, and grow with us.
