This role involves partnering with clients, translating business needs into scalable data solutions, and leading small teams of engineers.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Fabric/ADF, strong SQL skills, and experience delivering end-to-end projects using Medallion Architecture.We're looking for someone to design, develop, and optimize metadata-driven data pipelines in Fabric and ADF.You'll implement transformations using SQL and Stored Procedures to ensure performance and maintainability.Architect solutions using Medallion Architecture, ensuring scalability, governance, and reusability.You'll lead small teams, mentor data engineers, and set technical direction on projects.Work directly with customers to gather requirements, troubleshoot, and provide best-practice guidance.
