Job TitleThe Inventory & Procurement Specialist is responsible for overseeing stock management, timely procurement of materials, and accurate inventory record-keeping to support smooth production operations.Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for critical components, raw materials, consumables, and drone parts such as motors, ESCs, batteries, sensors, electronics, and carbon frames.Prepare purchase orders (POs), track order status, follow up with vendors for timely delivery, and coordinate with finance for payments and invoice clearance.Maintain cost sheets, quotations, vendor comparisons, and ensure all procurement activities align with production requirements.Manage inventory levels for raw materials, electronic/mechanical parts, tools, and consumables through daily/weekly/monthly stock audits.Strong knowledge of procurement processes.Understanding of inventory control and warehouse management.Hands-on experience with electronic/mechanical components (preferred in the drone industry).Basic understanding of BOM, GRN, stock-in/out.Opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects.Chance to develop skills in procurement and inventory management.Collaborative team environment.
