Join Our Climate and Health Advisory TeamWe are a specialist climate change and healthcare advisory firm dedicated to accelerating the transition to net zero in emerging markets across Africa, Latin America, Asia, and Europe.Our clients include corporates, small and medium enterprises with operations in emerging markets, capital providers, governments, and multilateral organizations.We mobilize capital, deploy cutting-edge technologies, and nurture innovative companies.By building transformative partnerships, we scale impactful climate solutions that empower communities and heal the planet.Key Responsibilities:Lead financial due diligence and build, audit, and refine complex financial models for equity, debt, and blended finance transactions.Ensure financial structures reflect sound governance, risk management, and long-term value creation principles.Track and report on transaction performance and pipeline activity, maintaining detailed investment files and analytical outputs.Manage relationships with clients, investors, lenders, and co-advisors across the full deal lifecycle.Assess investment readiness and advise startups, corporates, and project developers on improving bankability.Provide hands-on guidance on capital stack design, term sheet structuring, and transaction sequencing to prepare deals for institutional capital.Qualifications and Experience:A bachelor's degree in finance, economics, engineering, or a related quantitative discipline is required.Technical Competencies: Advanced financial modeling and valuation skills (DCF, LBO, project finance, and scenario analysis).Proven ability to structure and close complex investment transactions.Deep understanding of capital markets, corporate finance, and investor dynamics.Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases such as PitchBook or Refinitiv.Professional Experience:7-12 years of relevant experience in investment banking, operational roles, private equity, venture capital, project finance, or related fields.Experience working on buy-side or sell-side M&A, structured debt transactions, or equity fundraising for growth companies will be highly valued.Deep expertise in renewable energy, digital infrastructure, or agri-value chains is essential.Language Skills:Fluency in English is essential. Fluency in another language is desirable.
