Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Architect to design and implement innovative, scalable data architectures to support our growing analytics and business intelligence needs. This role will be instrumental in driving our data strategy, ensuring data integrity, and enabling advanced analytics capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Data Architecture Design: Design, develop, and implement robust, scalable, and secure data architectures to support advanced analytics, reporting, and machine learning solutions.
Data Strategy: Collaborate with business stakeholders to define the organization's data strategy, aligning data architectures with business objectives and analytics needs.
Platform Integration: Develop data integration strategies to combine data from multiple sources, both structured and unstructured, into centralized data platforms like data lakes and data warehouses.
Cloud Data Solutions: Architect and manage cloud based data platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Redshift, Snowflake, Big Query).
ETL Pipelines: Design and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to ensure efficient data flow and high data quality.
Data Governance: Establish data governance frameworks to ensure data quality, consistency, and security across the organization.
Collaboration: Work closely with data engineers, data scientists, and business analysts to design and optimize end to end data solutions.
Performance Optimization: Continuously evaluate and optimize data architectures for performance, scalability, and cost effectiveness.
Emerging Technologies: Stay abreast of emerging data technologies, tools, and best practices to incorporate into existing solutions and drive innovation.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in data architecture, data engineering, or related roles, with at least 3 years in a data architecture focused position.
Strong expertise in data modelling, data warehousing, and ETL processes.
Handson experience with Big Data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark), data lake architectures, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica).
Experience with data governance, data security, and compliance frameworks.
Familiarity with BI and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Strong understanding of real time data streaming platforms (Kafka, Kinesis).
Excellent problem solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with AI/ML architectures and tools.
Knowledge of DevOps practices for data platforms.
Familiarity with microservices and API driven architectures.
