Peak Sustainability Ventures is a Mumbai-based, early-stage sustainability VC fund. We invest in innovative companies addressing climate challenges across four themes: New Energy, Water, Food Systems, and Climate.


Peak Sustainability Ventures is seeking a dynamic and innovative Brand Strategy and Marketing professional to join our team. This role is pivotal in shaping our brand narrative and driving marketing initiatives that resonate with our mission of investing in innovative solutions facing the global climate today. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in brand management, strategic marketing, and a passion for sustainability.


Location: Mumbai


Compensation: Competitive, based on qualifications


Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Development: Craft and implement brand strategy to enhance our positioning as a leader in climate-focused venture capital.
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape within the sustainability sector.
  • Campaign Management: Design and execute integrated marketing campaigns that promote our investment philosophy and portfolio companies.
  • Content Creation and Social Media: Develop compelling content across various platforms (website, social media, newsletters) to communicate our vision and impact effectively.
  • Partnerships: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with organizations, influencers, and industry leaders to enhance brand visibility and credibility. Manage co-marketing initiatives, such as joint webinars or promotional campaigns, to leverage partner networks for greater reach.
  • Outreach: Develop outreach strategies to engage potential partners, ensuring mutually beneficial collaborations that amplify our mission.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align marketing strategies with business objectives and enhance brand visibility.
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.


Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in brand strategy or marketing roles, preferably within the sustainability or venture capital sectors.
  • Proven track record of developing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
