Check out our website and you know we ain’t lying.About the roleWe are looking for a talented and creative Motion Designer with a strong grasp of motion concepts, interaction design, and finance user experience. In this job, you will be responsible for creating high-impact animations that enhance our banking products by making complicated concepts simple to comprehend and engaging for consumers. You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, product designers, developers, and external stakeholders, to bring our digital experiences to life via engaging motion.What You will doDesign and create top-notch animations for user interface prototypes, micro-interactions and product explainers.Create smooth Lottie JSON or Rive animations for integration into web and app.You will be leading projects independently, either alone or working together with product designers and developers to turn complicated banking features into visually appealing animations.Ensure that motion language is consistent across products while keeping a strong brand identity.What you will needBachelor’s degree in graphic/visual design or related field3+ years of professional motion design experience, mostly focused on product/UI animation.Experience with motion tools such as Adobe After Effects, Lottie, Rive, or related applications is essential.A thorough knowledge of motion design fundamentals such as timing, ease, and interaction patterns.Possesses excellent communication and teamwork skills for working with cross-functional teams.Capable of managing many projects efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven workplace.Life at sliceLife so good, you’d think we’re kidding:Competitive salaries.
