The role involves day-to-day marketplace operations, listing optimization, sales analysis, and coordination with internal and external teams.Key Responsibilities:Manage operations on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, QuickCom etc.Drive sales growth through promotions, ads, and visibility optimization.Handle product listings, catalog updates, SEO, and A+ content.Monitor inventory, pricing, and order fulfillment.Optimize marketplace ads (Amazon PPC, Flipkart Ads, etc.) for better ROAS/ACOS.Track KPIs and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, creative, and marketplace teams.Requirements:2–5 years of hands-on marketplace management experience.Strong analytical and Excel skills.Understanding of e-commerce KPIs, algorithms, and ads.Good communication and coordination abilities.Experience with D2C platforms (Shopify/WooCommerce) is a plus.
