Key Responsibilities:We are looking for a customer champion who drives agreement and improvement across product and operations teams. You will focus on improving broader customer experience and having a visible global impact on process, product and team.Responsibilities:Provide advanced support and product expertise to customersParticipate in customer-facing calls communicating progress updates, action plans, and resolution detailsPerform root cause analysis, debugging and troubleshooting across multiple productsSolve complex tickets, summarise cause, recommend solutions and then escalateBe the customer champion by being the voice of the customerBe a coach to others on how to perform technical, soft skills, and behavioral interviewsQualifications and Skills:8+ years of experience in software services, system administration and Java support for large communitiesExperience with operating systems (e.g Linux, OS X, Windows)Subject Matter Expert in multiple products including Synchrony, AWS, AzureCommunicate as an expert with customers at an executive level on in-depth technical details, progress and next stepsAssist teammates in driving long-running tickets in your areas of expertise to resolutionChallenge others to provide context and rise to tough occasionsExperience with networks and technologies, including proxies, load balancers, LDAP, Active Directory, SSLUnderstanding of application server technologies (e.g Tomcat, Apache, WebSphere)SQL database experienceEscalation handling experienceEnterprise customer experienceAbout Our Organization:We believe that the unique contributions of all employees create our success.
