Accounts Receivable SpecialistWe are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to support our business operations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in accounts receivable, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Daily deposit processing, including accurately posting customer payments to accounts and allocating timely discounts and credits.Ensuring timely and correct allocation of funds across various payment channels.In addition, the specialist will:Reconcile customer balances and investigate payment discrepancies.Prepare documentation for customer refunds.This position also involves:Credit department support, including responding to internal and external requests for invoice copies, statements, or payment confirmations.Assisting in compiling documentation to support credit evaluations or account reviews.The ideal candidate will have:Experience in accounts receivable.Familiarity with AR automation tools or accounting platforms.Understanding of credit and collections processes.Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Benefits include:A competitive compensation package.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Opportunities for professional growth and development.Schedule:Monday to Friday during winter months.Tuesday to Saturday during summer months.Working hours: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Pacific Time Zone.
