As a strategic Application Portfolio Management (APM) Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping our future application landscape by enabling smarter technology investments and reducing redundancy. This critical position is part of the IT Global Infrastructure & Operation team and will be remote India or Brazil.In this challenging role, you will have the opportunity to:Evaluate applications for business value and assess their technical attributes, including scalability, integration readiness, security posture, and supportability.Capture and maintain accurate application metadata within LeanIX, ensuring completeness and consistency across the portfolio.This APM Specialist will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to map future business requirements to existing technologies and support decision-making on whether to enhance current platforms or build new applications.Key responsibilities include:Application Rationalization: Evaluate applications for retirement, consolidation, or modernization, considering factors such as user impact, cost efficiency, and strategic alignment.Technology Mapping & Future Planning: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for technology optimization and align IT capabilities with business strategy.Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with application owners, enterprise architects, and business analysts to gather insights and validate data.The essential qualifications for this role include:4+ years of experience in application portfolio management, enterprise architecture, or IT asset management.Hands-on experience with LeanIX or similar APM tools.Strong understanding of application lifecycle, business capability modeling, and technology stack analysis.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.This role requires approximately 5-15% travel based on business requirements. We offer a dynamic and flexible work environment that allows for remote work from India or Brazil.
