We're Hiring: Senior Solution Consultant – XactlyLocation: Noida (Sector 135) | WFH ModelExperience: 2–6 yearsType: Full-TimeRole OverviewWe are looking for experienced Xactly Solution Consultants who are passionate about building high-impact incentive compensation solutions. In this client-facing role, you will lead full-cycle implementations of Xactly Incent, Connect, and Analytics , collaborate directly with client stakeholders, and mentor junior team members.Key ResponsibilitiesLead discovery sessions to define business & technical requirements.Configure Xactly Incent, Connect & Analytics based on client needs.Manage end-to-end implementation lifecycle: design, build, test, deploy.Execute data mapping, transformation, and integration processes.Create and run test cases; provide post-go-live support.Guide and mentor junior consultants and contribute to internal training.
