Job Title: Network Security AnalystAbout the Role:We are seeking a skilled Network Security Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our security operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing security systems to detect and respond to potential threats.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and analyze security alerts to determine their severity and authenticity.Analyze reports from network security tools to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.Investigate and document all security incidents and events.Escalate confirmed security incidents to Level 2/3 analysts or other relevant support teams.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of security incidents and events in the ticketing system.Install application patches and signed software updates to improve performance and enhance security.Maintain an inventory of entire assets of Cyber Security solutions as per scope and update a database with respect to OS, Database, Webservers, Application details, and IP addresses pertaining to all Security Solutions under the mentioned scope.Requirements:To succeed in this role, you will need:A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.Relevant experience in network security, preferably with certifications like CEH or CCNA Sec.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Excellent communication and documentation skills.What We Offer:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
