Job Title: Master Data Specialist The role of the Master Data Manager involves leading and performing proof of concept for customer specific requirements. You will be responsible for designing solutions, providing technological guidance, and implementing upgrades using the STEP MDM product. The ideal candidate should have experience in data modeling, business rules, integration endpoints, workflows, STEP portals, matching rules, REST API calls, asset maintenance, and attribute creation. They should also possess knowledge on asset management in STEP and hands-on experience with PDX. Beyond technical skills, the successful candidate should demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills to effectively manage teams and work with customers. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead the implementation of STEP MDM solutions and drive business value for our clients. Key Responsibilities:Lead & perform Proof of Concept (PoC) for customer specific requirementAuthor solution design. Key role in product configuration, scriptingLead a team of developers to provide technological guidance and work on implementation, upgrade, that include configuring the STEP MDM productProvide support to Business Users on the solution during UAT & user queries during pilot / warranty supportPerform fit-gap analysis to help customer understand how requirements can be met with functionality within the solution and provide alternative solutions, where there is a gap with product functionalityAuthor & provide final technical solution design deliverables to customerTroubleshoot Technical and Performance issue in PIM STEPProvide innovative suggestion and advice to customer in order to bring business valueFlexibility to travel for various customer engagementsReadiness to work in enhancement or support projects
