Transfer Pricing Specialist RoleThis role is focused on providing support in the preparation of transfer pricing documentation and other related deliverables. We are seeking an individual with a strong analytical mindset to assist in preparing Transfer Pricing documentation in line with UAE CT law, OECD guidelines, and relevant regulations.The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting benchmarking studies using global databases and conducting financial and economic analyses for related-party transactions.A key responsibility of this role is to assist in preparing Local Files, Master Files, and Country-by-Country related deliverables.The ideal candidate will have strong research skills to stay updated on UAE Corporate Tax legislation and international tax/TP developments.They will also be required to support in the preparation of client presentations, proposals, and reports, as well as work closely with seniors/managers to execute client engagements.Maintaining accurate working papers and project documentation is crucial for this position.RequirementsWe are looking for candidates who possess the following qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field.0–2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing, tax, or financial analysis (freshers welcome).Strong analytical and numerical skills are essential for this role.Good communication and report-writing skills are also necessary.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint is expected.Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.Eagerness to learn and build expertise in Transfer Pricing is highly valued.
