Marsh India Insurance Brokers Pvt Ltd is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Gurugram office:Assistant Manager / Relationship Manager - Employee Health & Benefits PracticeWe will count on you to:Key responsibility is that he / she is a Team Member and part of Account Management team The role is to collaborate / work with Client Account Managers for global / central coordination services for Indian or global or regional multinational clients as below Act as a team member to support client Account ManagersCoordinate and facilitate project kick off / ongoing operational meetings with relevant client stakeholders within MMB and ClientsReview, follow up, coordinate and consolidate renewal proposals / benchmarking reports / claim utilisation reports received from MMB local country Liase with MMB local country leads to schedule calls to understand the proposals / documents Taking the responsibility to coordinate with CoE team to update benefits management tools Continuous support to address queries of clients or internal stakeholders.Track current broking arrangements (Premium invoices / BOR) and repository of all benefits document that need to be update in internal tools.
