Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur, India for a Merchandiser. The Merchandiser will be responsible for coordinating production schedules, creating product samples, conducting market research, and liaising with Buyers to analyze their needs. The role will require effective communication with cross-functional teams including retail, sales, marketing, and production.


Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Experience in retail sales or marketing
  • Ability to conduct market research and analyze customer needs
  • Knowledge of production processes and schedules
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Merchandising, Marketing, or similar field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other business software
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, and time management skills
  • Experience in the fashion industry is a plus
