Operations Manager RoleWe are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and drive business success.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough feasibility studies of new components to identify opportunities for improvement.Making informed decisions on Make vs Buy and preparing Purchase Bill of Materials (P-BOM) in a timely manner.Developing and implementing process and facility plans that align with agreed-upon milestones.Collaborating with the Design team and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination.Working closely with Line builders/suppliers to acquire necessary Tooling and Equipment.Identifying internal customer requirements and preparing technical details for validation.Creating Process documents like PFMEA, PFD, Process plan, Control plan, SOP, etc., to streamline operations.Developing Project plans, line layouts, RFQs, and defining project requirements.Installing and commissioning Toolings and Equipment according to project timelines.Identifying and implementing opportunities to enhance process efficiency.Improving productivity by leveraging tools like Automation and LCA.Ensuring cross-functional engagement for implementation needs.Preparing HIRA, Risk Assessment, and Work Permits as required.Qualification:Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical disciplineExperience:8-10 years of experience in a related field
